The goal is to create corridors GLTs can use to safely cross roads and cattle pastures separating the remaining fragments of their habitat in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. 🇧🇷
October through February is the rainy season in Rio de Janeiro – time for planting and growing! This season’s goal is to plant and care for 3,600 native tree seedlings until they grow big enough to form two hectares (almost five acres) of corridors that GLTs can cross. 🌳
